Washing, Filling and Capping 3-in-1 Machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of washing, filling and capping are composed in a single body mono-block machine. The machine is used to fill beverages  in PET bottles. Machine operation can be conveniently customize and adjust to fill various types and sizes of bottles. The gravity  filling operation is fast, accurate and has stable rate of repeatability. Machine is suitable for safe drinking water, mineral water, wine, flavored juice, fruit juice which is very fine and smooth and other beverages with normal temperature. Not suitable for juice, tea drinks etc with high filling temperature.

Detailed process of the machine operation
- Operator feeds the empty bottles through the in-feed bottle feeding stand
- Empty bottles will be captured by the air blow conveyor and sent to the rinsing unit through the worm screw feeder and star wheel
- At the rinsing station, bottles will be carried by the grip neck holders and  turned upside down. Now pure water will be sprayed to the bottle with pressure to wash the inside of the bottle. After the rinsing the water will be drained on the move and the bottles will be now turned to the upright position.
- Clean bottles are now forwarded to the filling station by means of star wheels.
- Micro-gravity filling nozzles will fill the water to the bottles with speed and precision. If there is no bottle, there will be no filling.
- Filled bottles are now forwarded to the capping station by a star wheel system. Capping will be done at this stage automatically. Caps which are deposited in the cap hopper will be elevated automatically by the automatic cap elevator by means of air pressure and then sorted out at the cap arranger. This caps will be forwarded to the exact capping spot by means of a cap feeder.
- After capping, bottle will come out from the 3 in 1 rinsing-filling-capping mono-block machine to the out-feed conveyor. It will pass in front of an online light inspection station for visual quality inspection.
- Along the out-feed conveyor, there is a label inserting table on both side of the conveyor at length of 1.5-2M. Main bottle label and neck security seal can be inserted at this station by people.
- After that the bottle will move to the shrink tunnel connected to the conveyor and the labels will be shrunk to the bottle.
