APL-RFC Automatic 5 gallon water filling machine is specialized for 5 gallon (18.9L) bottle water production. The whole machine include a multi-stage bottle washing station, filling machine and capping machine. It is an ideal equipment for producing mineral water or purified water.

The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel except the inside base frame.The main electric components are chosen from international famous brands, such as OMRON, MITSUBISHI etc and the air channel system components are from Taiwan AirTAC brand. The machine structure is compact and takes up less space.

Bottle washing procedure：Depending on the size of the machine, the number of washing stages vary. It can be from 3 stages to 9 stages based on the speed of the machine.

The first and second stages: Disinfectant washing
Third and fourth stages: Hot water washing
Fifth and sixth stages: Drain stations
Seventh & Eight stages: Recycled water washing
Ninth and Tenth stages：Washing with pure water
Washing pressure: 0.5~0.6Mp,
Washing water consumption: 0.500-5000L/h (Depending on the model and speed of the machine)
Sequence control system: PLC control (MITSUBISHI)
