Machine body and product contact parts are made out of Stainless steel including the conveyor chain. Its design is very simple and compact, so takes only very less space. 

Machine comprise of the following units/Accessories

  1. Filling unit complete with a start wheel for bottle feeding (manual feeding)
  2. Single head capping unit controlled by Variable Frequency drive and motor
  3. Automatic cap feeding system
  4. Out feed conveyor
  5. Label / seal  inserting table on both side of the out-feed conveyor
  6. Steam label shrink tunnel c/w 9KW steam generator
