Steam Label shrink machine is used on high speed lines to get the perfect shrinking quality. It uses steam as the heat source and has many features like speed, even heating, wrinkle free shrinking e.t.c.
The whole machine is made out of stainless steel and has a heat saving cladding to save energy as per the international standards. The machine is designed as water proof. A stainless steel water receiver is mounted at the bottom of the machine in order to collect the condensed water.Â
It is very user friendly and widely used in mineral water, juice, carbonated drink, dairy and other beverage production lines.Â
Machine gives a perfect shrink effect with the lowest power consumption. The tunnel has a five stage design and each stage has independent temperature and distance controls. Even irregular and complicated bottle shapes can be shrank with sleeves and achieve nice looking finish with simple adjustments.Â
The product inside the bottle will not have any bad smell of PET/ PE because the heat exerted on the bottle is relatively less than the thermal shrinking process.Â
