Powder Mixer (Ribbon Blender)

Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. The dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are carefully balanced to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids dead spots and gives rapid product discharge.

Our horizontal ribbon mixer consists of a ‘U’ shaped tank, spirals and the drive parts.
The spiral is having special dual structure for high efficiency. The outer spiral makes the material move
from the sides to the center of the tank. While the inner spiral convey the material from the center
to the sides to get a thorough mixing effect.
Our DP series ribbon mixers can mix many kinds of materials ( Both powder and granules) with sticky
or cohesion character. You can also add a little bit of liquid or paste materials to the powder or to the
granule if you need that way. The cover of the tank can be made as open for better cleaning of the tank.Material of construction is Stainless steel 304.
