Durable and Hygienic. All models in the series have hygienic, all-stainless-steel bodies that are durable and easy-to-clean. All the models are also compliant with HACCP and GMP standards contributing to production plant hygiene management.
All-stainless-steel Construction (standard). Standard models have all-stainless-steel bodies providing superior hygiene and ease-of-cleaning. The checkweigher’s open frame design and circular pipe legs prevent dust and product build-up, and make cleaning a breeze.

Highly-Sensitive Load Cells. The new D-HOP-LC (Digital, High-Output Load Cell) features enhanced sensitivity over conventional models and employs a more rigid design that allows weights to stabilize more quickly, ensuring high-speed weighing.
Multi Range. Multi range weighing capacity allows the DACS-G Series to also be used for high-mix, low-volume production with one single machine.
Midship Layout. Ishida’s unique midship layout optimizes the balance of weight placed on weighing sensors, enabling stable weighing at high speeds.
3D Digital Filter. Ishida’s proprietary 3D Digital Filter performs optimal noise elimination based on product size, weight, and speed.
Real-time Data Collection. The DACS-G Series allows weighing data to be saved and managed in digital format on a PC. This not only allows production status to be checked in a timely fashion from an office away from production site, but also means that acquired weighing data can also be used to improve the productivity of the entire line.
Data Collection Software. Ishida’s data collection software, i-STATION LINK, collects data from DACS units via Ethernet network and displays it on a PC in an easily-understood format. This not only lets you check up-to-the-minute production stats from an office, but also allows weighing data to be managed with a PC.
Dislocation Force Limiter. Ishida’s unique Dislocation Force Limiter protects the weight sensor by dislocating the conveyor when the external load exceeds a certain threshold.
Standard USB Memory Slot. A standard USB slot enables total and individual weighing data to be downloaded to a USB memory stick or computer.
Intuitive Operation. The DACS-G remote control features a full-color wide LCD display and provides intuitive, cellular-phone-like operation without a manual. This helps reduce loss due to operational errors and also reduces operator training costs.
Statistics Data Display. On the operation screen, production statistic data is displayed in easy-to-read format so that operator can easily check weighing redults.
Open frame design. IP-69K Waterproof Construction. Models are also available with the highly-waterproof and corrosion resistant IP-69K rating for use in meat, dairy, seafood processing, and other demanding applications.
